Refund policy

Because of the nature of our products we can’t accept returns. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us to discuss a refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Hot Weather: When ordering please keep in mind the following:
1- Where possible try to have your item shipped to a commercial address: often times the carriers deliver earlier in the day to commercial addresses and there is often air conditioning or shaded areas to keep your order cooler.
2- If you must have a package shipped to a location where no one will be available to receive it (at home when everyone is at work etc.), please leave a note for the carrier to leave the package in an area where you know will remain shady for the majority of the day.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@cggourmet.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If you want to send an anonymous gift, please read this: We presume that your intentions are good. However, as a result of heightened security due to the September 11thattacks, we can no longer send anonymous gifts. Any package with the "Ship To" party different than the "Bill To" party will have the name of the "Bill To" party shown in the return address area of the shipping label. Should the recipient of a gift contact us to request the identity of the giver, we will disclose identity information. Of course, credit card information and other similar sensitive information will be kept confidential. Thank you for your understanding.
