A single ingredient product - 100% cacao chocolate chips. We use cocoa liquor and go all the way through the chocolate-making process except that we never add any other ingredient.
The chocolate is made Bean to Chip at source in Peru, which allows us to use newly harvested fresh cocoa beans - we can lock in the fresh flavor rather than shipping the beans halfway round the world and having them age and deteriorate before getting processed into chocolate.

The product is good for what it is. I made the mistake of getting bakers chocolate instead of normal chocolate chips. Grandmama always said use ingredients you would eat on their own. I don't love eating these right out of the bag. But again... its baking chocolate.
